Step 1: Acquire an 8 ½ x 11* inch or 11 x 17 inch sheet of paper and sketch out your loosely scaled drawing. You can start in pencil but be sure to go over it with black ink to make sure it scans well and is legible. Be sure to include dimensions of doors, windows, openings, ceiling height, room width and length, fixtures that will stay (such as appliances) or any other dimensions that you think might be appropriate to include. And remember, this drawing doesn’t have to be exactly to scale.

Step 2: Fill in our on-line questionnaire and submit it to us.
Step 3: Convert your finished, legible drawing to a digital format either by scanning it yourself or having it scanned by Staples, UPS or other imaging service and then email it to us in PDF format, file size should not exceed 10 MB. If the file is too large as a PDF then convert it to a good quality JPEG file.
