1. Screen shot instructions to demonstrate purchasing process for downloads:
Click on one of the following screen shot thumbnails to view the full size screen shot. Larger versions of the images will open on another page, click the back button at the top of your browser window to return to this page.
- Slide 1: When you click a purchase link on our web site you will be sent to our store on PayPal to pay for your purchase. If you are a current PayPal customer and have your login information you can enter it and enter your PayPal account where you would complete your purchase. If you are not a PayPal customer, not to worry, simply click on the "Continue" link to the left of the login box. If you are having trouble locating this link, look for the credit card logos, the link is right above them...
- Slide 2: Review and complete your payment in PayPal...
- Slide 3: Once you have paid for your purchase, an approver screen will appear, click the link to get your download, this will return you to Payloadz.com and to the download area which is where you will see your order information along with the item name, item number and the download link. If you are using Internet Explorer simply click the download link provided then follow the instructions under the next topic for saving, opening and extracting zip archive files. If you are using Firefox it is usually better to right-click and save link as, then save it to your desktop.

2. Screen shot instructions for using a zip archive which is the file type of the download file you will be purchasing on Payloadz.com.

Slide 1: click the save button to save the zip archive file to your desktop (or somewhere on your computer)...
Slide 2: the example here is with a zip archive program named Power Archiver, Windows usually has it's own zip utility or you can download several various versions, many of them are free.
Slide 3: once you have saved the file to your desktop it will begin to download.
Slide 4: once it has finished downloading (anywhere from 4 to 25 minutes depending on your connection speed and Internet traffic), the download utility will present an open screen to you, click the open button.
Slide 5: newer versions of Windows will present security screen to you, click the "Allow" button.
Slide 6: the default zip utility on your computer will then open. Click the "Extract" button along the top to extract the files in the archive.
Slide 7: another window will pop up that will ask you where you want to extract the files to, we highly recommend that you extract them to your desktop so that they can be easily moved or deleted when you are done with them.
Slide 8: once the extraction is complete you can then close the zip utility, go to your desktop and double click on the SWF file labeled "double-click-to-start.swf".

3. Screen shot instructions for opening the start file included in your Payloadz.com downloaded archive files.

Slide 1: go to your computer's desktop where the presentation files are located, all the extracted files you need are highlighted in the screen shot.
Slide 2: locate the SWF Flash Player file labeled "double-click-to-start.swf" and double click on it to open the main presentation screen.
Slide 3: the Flash Player window will open, you can start with the "Welcome" video or choose any video you like by clicking on the graphic for that video. If you don't have the Flash player (just about everybody does or should) then click on the following link to download and install it on your system: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP
Slide 4: each video window has a link to return to the main screen.
Slide 5: if you only purchased our videos and you are interested in purchasing our custom design package then please click on the middle link on the main screen.
Slide 6: follow the instructions...
Slide 7: once you have followed the instructions on slide 6 then you will see the link to purchase the design package on our web site

4. Instructions for using PDF files.
PDF files are opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Most users have this plug-in installed on their system, if for some reason you do not have the reader then please click here to get it and install it: http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO
Only one of our files is a PDF file, the optional kitchen layout graph paper that comes with the purchase of our full design package. To open the file simply click on the link for that file and it should open in your browser's window. If it doesn't then you probably don't have the Acrobat Reader, follow the link in step number 2 to install it.

5. Instructions for submitting your design request.
Convert your finished, legible drawing to a digital format either by scanning it yourself or having it scanned by Staples or other imaging service and then email it to us in PDF format, file size should not exceed 10 MB. If the file is too large as a PDF then convert it to a good quality JPEG file. Once you have created your drawing please scan it and email the file to john@myonlinekitchendesigner.com. If you are not able to scan your drawing then please mail it the following address:
